Fat Tuesday Celebration by Wind Creek
Pensacola Mardi Gras, Publix, Wind Creek Hotel & Casino and Seville Quarter are teaming up with local Mardi Gras Krewes for the Publix Pensacola Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday Celebration presented by Wind Creek Casino & Hotel on February 13, 2024, in Downtown Pensacola.
The event will be a Big Easy-style Mardi Gras Festival that will include a Crawfish Boil, Cajun food trucks, king cake and beignets, and dancing and partying downtown.
Krewes will take over every room inside historic Seville Quarter, transforming the historic complex into the French Quarter for the day.
At 5:00 p.m., Mardi Gras Krewes will come together for a celebration with live entertainment.
At 7:00 p.m., Danny Zimmern, President of Pensacola Mardi Gras, will present awards for the 2024 Mardi Gras Season presented by Publix, and will end with the coronation ceremony of the new King & Queen Priscus for Mardi Gras 2025. The French Quarter night and ceremonies will peak with a Mardi Gras drag show and dancing inside Phineas Phogg’s, while other entertainment throughout the complex continues throughout the night.
